- Do Check your feet daily for any sores, redness, wounds.
- Don’t walk bare feet on rough ground or on hot floor(especially be careful while walking bare feet in summer season)
- Do use soft and covered footwear
- While wearing shoes ensure that there is no stone or some other foreign body inside the shoes.
- Ensure that you dry your feet daily after having a bath with a soft towel. Not doing so will keep the space in between the toes moist and lead to fungal infections. These can further lead to cellulitis and wounds on the foot
